Baraka Kwa Wimbo is an all-female a cappella gospel ensemble on the campus of Cornell University, Ithaca New York.
Our name means "Blessings Through Song" in the language of Kiswahili.
The purpose of BKW is to spiritually and culturally enlighten the Cornell community and surrounding areas through the medium of Black Gospel music. The Ensemble carries out its suited purpose by performing at various campus programs and community activities.
